We guarantee you will receive all of the correct markings, characteristics, movement and colorations as ordered and persistent with your approved sample.

Our Installation is warranted against cupping or warping as well as release from the substrate under normal conditions and in a manner inconsistent with the original design. RK Southern Flooring Designs cannot guarantee any current or future condition of the existing materials with which we have worked.

These guarantees and warranties are not transferable to subsequent owners of the products. Exclusions to these warranties include acts of God, obvious neglect, abuse and catastrophic events such as a burst pipe. We offer this warranty to the original owner as long as he/she owns the floor.

We offer full service on the care and maintenance of your flooring as well as advice and training in the upkeep of your floor.
